with you as soon as possible to set up your appointment
time. If you don't hear from me within a few days, it's
probably because I am still waiting to schedule with some
people who are ahead of you. In that case, please feel
free to email or call me again and we will schedule your
session if I am able to at that time.

I schedule locational consultations five days a week
starting from 12 pm to 4 pm Pacific time.
The best appointment times for me are
starting any time from 12 pm to 4 pm Pacific time. On
Sundays and Thursdays, 11:30 am or 12 pm Pacific is
usually the only appointment I have available.
Sessions are currently being scheduled for about two
or three weeks after my receipt of your payment, however
my schedule sometimes varies.
Once you sign up for your session, I may not get to read
the emails you send me until close to the date of your
appointment; so if you need to really need to reach me
at any point, it's best to both call and email me.
Please make sure I have your phone number so that I
can call you for your session if you are in the U.S.
So if you are in the U.S., I will call you, although
I may call you up to fifteen minutes later than the appointed
time.
If you are outside of the U.S., you will need to call
me at 928-541-0112 at the time we set up, or we can use
a free internet telephone service (skype).
I also need your mailing address so I can send you the
CD recording of your session.
If you have a photo of yourself that you can email to
me, it's nice to have a visual sense of who I am speaking
with--it's not certainly required, though :)

the information requested on the pages above in a single

please feel free to follow up if you forget something
or have further comments or questions). It's also a
very good idea to also copy this email to yourself in
case I don't receive it the first time, or in case it
gets lost.
The first 10-15 minutes of your session (unless we are
doing a 15-minute locational astrology session)may involve
my getting to know you better and asking
you some questions about your life; this is so that I
can hone in on your chart better and be more helpful
to you. In general, my sessions tend to start off slowly
and then quickly pick up the pace as we go along.

If you need to change your session date or time after
we initially schedule it, please let me know as soon
as you possibly can. My schedule tends to
be full, so it may be a while before we can reschedule
to another session. Since my schedule tends to be full,
I also reserve the right to charge you for
the full price if you miss your appointed session.
