I think a lot of people are going to start feeling some positive shifts today, now that some more intense and dramatic astrological events have passed. While there is some relatively slight potential for some flare-ups, generally more harmonizing and balancing indicators are now in place. New relationships may begin, or some balance may be brought to old relationships or friendships. And it’s finally a good time to move forward with new projects.

Thursday, October 28th

It looks like there will be some significant challenges on a heart level today, and those challenges would seem to have mainly spiritual solutions. Through this somewhat intense process, something valuable can be liberated and attachments to others being certain ways can fall away. After passing through this experience, there clearly is a light at the end of the tunnel, or a nice little pot of gold at the end of … you know the rest, right?

Wednesday, October 27th

It’s the day we’ve all been waiting for … eclipse day. Drama tends to run a little high prior to the eclipses, and no doubt you’ve seen some people (maybe yourself) going through some of it recently. After the eclipse, things will gradually begin to settle down, and it will generally be a safe time to begin new ventures as well.

This eclipse is more positive than a lot of others are, with some kind of emphasis on spirituality and more support than normal for new beginnings. A major trend towards spiritual openings and awakenings will be building over the next month or so, and this eclipse (or recent weeks) probably represents the beginning of that trend. You may feel called at this time to do something a little wild or unusual, but still motivated by what feels like a higher reason; it is a good time to go for it (particularly if you can wait until tomorrow or later), but be careful not to go off with too much speed and impatience while being irresponsible.

Tuesday, October 26th

A couple of themes stand out today. First, there is a major emphasis on caring for others, or giving counsel to others. It’s a good day to open your heart for someone else. By the same token, there may be some losses or endings in relationships that really need to happen. Otherwise the picture looks active and productive and should have some nice rewards in these ways.

Monday, October 25nd

After yesterday’s trials and tribulations, today will seem more mellow for most people. Emotional and home matters will settle down for many, and exploration of metaphysical or healing alternatives will be another positive potential worth exploring. It looks like a great day to keep active and just do your thang.

Sunday, October 24th

Rejuvenation and regeneration appear to be what’s on the agenda today. A number of intense influences come together, but also with a strong potential for some kind of healing. By being called to make sacrifices for a higher good and loving others from a more detached place, we can choose the high(er) road out of anger, criticism, and rejection. It wouldn’t be a bad day to ask for a little extra spiritual guidance to find that more evolved, liberating path.

Friday, October 22nd

This should be an interesting day, although it will probably be a bit spacey. If you try to aggressively pursue anything, it would probably be best to go in the direction of something very cooperative, or perhaps musical in nature. This is a day where a higher quality of love can direct us upward in some liberating way. We’re in the middle of a two-week period that is helping us to see through the veils between the worlds and open up to a more all encompassing spiritual reality. This would be a great day to attune your antennae to the most cosmic of vibrations.

Thursday, October 21st

This looks like an interesting, exciting day. There is an emphasis on the “new” today, whether that be seeking new information or beginning some new way of communicating with others. It’s a great time to break free of some old ways and if you can connect something “new” in your life with some kind of liberating, spiritual purpose, I think you’re likely to make the most of this energy.

We may also be reaching new heights of cooperation in our relationships today (and tomorrow), so ride this energy by offering yourself to others in a spirit of unity.

Wednesday, October 20th

Some challenges could manifest today that will force us to take aggressive command of various situations, and that seems like a perfect way to handle things for right now. Turn the pressures into productive action, and work hard. If you notice a tendency towards argument within yourself today, pay deeper attention to your own self. What are you asking someone else to change, that you really need to look at within yourself? Be responsible for your own issues.

The planets look a little odd today. Regardless of how that manifests for you, the stranger elements are likely to pass within a day or two. You might respond to the energies by taking a sober look at how you need to achieve more balance in your life, perhaps between relationships, work, and family. Be sure to take care of your health today. This is also a pretty great day for creativity expression and writing; that would be a wonderful way to focus. Later tonight could be more challenging on a relationship or heart level, but pay close attention to the patterns that come up for you, since they are likely to be things that you need to take a deeper look at.

Tuesday, October 5th

While yesterday’s energy had more spaciness and chaos to it, today seems much more solid and rooted in contrast. However there may still be some shocks or volatility occurring today, in the midst of otherwise stabilizing influences. We’re in the middle of a time that could have both a “positive” and “negative” meaning.

On the one hand, it’s a powerful influence for widening our outreach socially; and on the other, there could be some sudden and intense shifts and changes in our “luck.” This has been a theme for at least a few days, and should remain for at least another few. But additionally, a lot of exciting things, or major changes, are happening right now mentally, or within our relationships. It’s a great time to refocus and gain new direction towards creating true balance. What would true balance look like for you? Whatever it would look like, be prepared for some elements of it to feel a bit off, or in flux, at times today.

Monday, October 4th

It may be Monday, but there’s something a little wild and explorational about today. Rather than trying to focus too hard or be rigid about anything, relax your “shoulds” and see where life takes you. It may be important to take those short journeys that allow you to open up to the adventure and chaos of the moment. Along the way, remember to give thanks for any new breakthroughs with yourself or in your relationships. Open yourself up to receive those new blessings.

There is a tremendous shift happening among the planets, with four planets on the move from Virgo to Libra. This indicates a broad movement towards a more social and laid-back atmosphere than we’ve had in recent weeks (this shift will be felt even more strongly beginning tomorrow), however we might still be feeling the increase in energy and passion shown by the Mars-Jupiter conjunction for the time being. Relationship matters (which will manifest for some as a greater connection with one’s inner self) are certainly more prominent right now. A lot of positive things are opening up in our relationships, as we are more able to appreciate the value and benefits of partnership.

Air signs will begin to feel a great deal of overdue luck and opportunity coming their way. Social gatherings appear to be somewhat highlighted today, so enjoy those opportunities for expanding your social confidence or spheres or influence.

Tuesday, September 7th

A recent celestial influence that favors organization, focus, and discipline continues in strength today, and we should find a stable quality to today’s overall energy, with the probable exception of the middle half of the day when we are more likely to find ourselves curiously exploring new things. There should also be some kind of “loosening up” that we’ll feel today, as we become more playful and less responsibility-minded. This could manifest as a tendency to put ourselves first again, or simply to be more confident about where we are now.

Monday, September 6th

This looks to me like a good day to branch out, move about, and have some adventures. Challenge yourself in some way, rather than waiting for the Universe to bring the challenge to you. However, a somewhat contradictory indication is also in place, showing a significant emphasis on home and family matters, but with much of the emotional landscape being a bit rocky today, be careful not to subject yourself to more than you need to. Sports, games, or athletics could be a good way to release some tension in a positive way.  

Monday, August 30th

You’ve probably seen some sudden changes in your life over the last three or four days, and unexpected turns of events. It’s important to try not to be too reckless right now, but at the same time, some changes are in order. It would be a great time to go pioneering in a bold new direction. For the next few days in particular, it will really help if we can connect our will with a higher Source and purpose.

Many of us will need to experience a letting of some relationship(s) or facets of some relationship(s) today. By clearing some things out, we’ll be responsible to ourselves and pave the way for a better future. This cleansing is also likely to have been a theme over the last week, and if not, then probably this next couple of weeks. Many people will work with this energy today by helping or counseling others.

Any relationships or affairs that involve women will probably have an unusual degree of challenge to them today. However, overall, social and relationship matters have enough protective influences today that the challenges may not be too severe. If you feel any pressures building, perhaps in the areas of home, relationships, or family, a good way to work with the energy would be to pour yourself into some kind of focused work, service, or study; this way you can turn the tension into something very productive.

Another theme that we are likely to see between today and tomorrow is some kind of sudden and radical shift, quite possibly in realms of work or health. For most people this will be a very positive thing that is meaningful on a deeper, soulful level.

Wednesday, August 25th

A very nice window of opportunity will open up today. I think this will probably have something to do with exposure and career opportunities, but be careful not to undervalue your emotional, relationship, or family needs too much in the process. Today seems to also open up a window of possibility when it comes to greater inner wholeness and balance of masculine and feminine energies within.

At some point last night, we reached another very significant pivot, and so the changes we are experiencing and the new visions and directions that are opening up to us should be moving us on to new territory. Themes that may now become crucial include: direction of our love, creativity, leadership, or entrepreneurialism. There are a number of possibilities for today, but all of them have one thing in common: they are all very potent and interesting. Many people will meet the trickster head-on today, so we should expect the unexpected and be prepared for the possibility of some chaos. For many, this will also be one of the most high-powered days for organization that we can imagine. Another fairly likely theme is that of becoming more consciously aware of something very important, perhaps a new direction we are being called or pulled to move in. A focus upon discipline and ritual is also a strong possibility. Lastly, for anyone who is interested in writing, the stars are currently compelling you. Pick a way to focus yourself today, and really go all out; we don't see stars like this too often.

Friday, August 20th

This looks overall like one of the most mellow days we’ve had in a while. It looks like there is more room for enjoyment and for getting caught up with ourselves today. The trickiest spot could be the early morning hours, when some tough emotional issues or roadblocks will likely come up for a number of people.

One theme that will be particularly interesting to watch over the next few days has to do with the potential for pride and arrogance that could cause some people to get into a lot of trouble. So it’s a great time to remain humble and keep ourselves out of the fray, because anyone needing a humility lesson at this time is likely to get it if they aren’t paying attention.

Thursday, August 19th

After the unexpected twists and turns brought on by our trickster friend Mercury over the last five days, the astrological indicators for these influences are now significantly waning. Perhaps because of recent events, though, today should present a kind of spiritual test or challenge for us concerning how negatively or positively our minds will handle events around us. That seems to me like the most important thing to be aware of right now.

Wednesday, August 18th

After yesterday’s very interesting contrasting energies (see yesterday’s comments through the link above), there may be more of the same today. The best case scenario for today looks something like getting a tremendous amount of mental focus and organization going. By all means, take advantage of today’s high energy by channeling it into some serious mental power. Many people will do that today … but … many people will still see the trickster in full force, as we generally have for the last few days. So all bets are off as to what kind of chaos could come into the picture. But in today’s case, I think you can probably prevent a lot of that by focusing in the ways mentioned above.

Tuesday, August 17th

While some of the odd energies I talked about yesterday are likely to continue on to some extent today and tomorrow, and while there are some powerful and challenging influences that should have an ultimately spiritual impact on us today, there is also an extremely benevolent energy that should be very protective and soft. Maybe today will be a day of extremes. Significant challenges could occur at some parts of the day while unusually blessed energies predominate at another time. Monday, August 16th

Hopefully you picked up on some of the positive opportunities of this weekend. The planets were in some very powerful, but extreme positions, and so while many people may have found themselves in an unusually blessed position, others probably met with a certain amount of heartache and dashed dreams. Most would have had or at least seen some of both.

Today brings the strong likelihood for some weird, sudden events that may be jarring in nature or cause our luck to change drastically one way or another. One ideal way to work with these energies for the greatest benefit would be to fiercely concentrate your mental energy on some expansive projects. I would recommend this very strongly today to make sure that you work in sync with the planets, rather than allowing yourself to become a victim to their symbolism. Significant writing, organization, or mental planning for a dramatic event or turn-around would be a great fit with the day’s energies.

Sunday, August 15th

The last day or two brought many people some exceptionally positive energies (check yesterday’s message). There has also been a contradictory force also at work for many people that may have had a heartbreaking nature, but it’s now waning in influence. Once again, today, there are some very special energies converging; it’s a very powerful time just right now. There’s a real highlight on focusing on healing, alternative subjects like astrology, or unusually benevolent business concepts. This is such a high time with so many positive forces conspiring together, that it is an excellent time for gaining clarity and setting new intentions for where you want to go and what you want to accomplish.

Saturday, August 14th

This looks like a very unusual and powerful day on a mental or organizational level. This might also manifest in a social or creative way, because these energies are also on a high note. I think most people will see some kind of unusually positive fullness that helps us to understand certain ways that our lives are changing. It’s a wonderful and extraordinary time to meditate on where you want to now go with any creative, mental, or organizational projects. Accept the fullness that you are capable of, and allow your mind to open up to working for it, or just simply enjoying it now. Tuesday and Wednesday, July 6th and 7th

There are some very, very strong influences right now which are symbolizing a dramatic and unavoidable forward movement for most of us. It’s the kind of influence where things are literally meant to happen. This influence could be very powerful on a concrete social level, particularly if you have some kind of greater, more beautiful or artistic vision that you would like to work to bring about in the world. It’s a great time to focus in a fairly serious way, while keeping something greater than yourself in mind as you work. Ask yourself, what good can you work to bring about for humanity?

This Full Moon provides an unusual window of opportunity for business matters. Between yesterday, today, and tomorrow there should be some interesting positives coming our way, and this could manifest in a particularly lucky way for earth signs. If a door opens for you on the material plane, go for it. Today does come with a somewhat more intense energy, however we can probably best channel that by exposure to some kind of esoteric sciences.
