Cathy H. Burroughs is a professional astrologer with an international clientele who lives in Atlanta, GA. She has taught Astrology throughout the Atlanta area, as well as lecturing in the Caribbean and in New Mexico in a university-setting. She was responsible for the educational curriculum and astrological programming for the Metropolitan Atlanta Astrological Society (MAAS), for several years, while Vice President of that organization. Currently, she teaches every level of Astrology, has a booming international clientele, does readings and healings privately, as well as for corporate parties and special events. Cathy began her study of astrology in 1976, and is the regular astrology columnist for The Community Review/Journal (now, The Central DeKalb Story). Her articles on astrology have appeared in The Aquarius newspaper, The Oracle magazine, and on www.AstrologyForTheSoul.com. Formerly on the Atlantean Mystery School Faculty, Cathy has provided readings all over Atlanta, at such venues as The Inner Space, SunGlo, The Big Psychic Fair and Underground Atlanta. She has a booming private practice and travels nationally and internationally, as well. In the past, she has taken workshops with such astrological luminaries as Hindu astrologer James Braha; Robert Hand, Robert Zoller, Lee Lehman, Bernadette Brady, and many others. She has frequently attended NCGR, and other astrological conferences all over the country, and was active on the Baltimore Chapter of NCGR, both on and off the board. She was fortunate enough to have attended the Back to the Future and two of the Project Hindsight Conferences, in its glory days. Her specialty is the astrology of relationships and life purpose; she works extensively with the Nodes and is exploring the 9th Harmonic or Soul Mate chart, which she learned about from the wonderful Florida based astrologer Delphine Jay. Additionally, she is also an accomplished psychic and healer, and teaches psychic development, medical intuition, healing and the tarot. This past May, she participated in the first Mystical Soul Journey Cosmic Cruise throughout the Caribbean.
